As a finance professional with a passion for the industry, I am thrilled to have cleared both the CFA Level II and FRM Part I exams. These certifications are a testament to my dedication to the field and my commitment to continuously improving my knowledge and expertise. I have more than two years of hands-on experience in valuation, I have a solid understanding of the processes and techniques involved in determining the value of assets, companies, or other financial instruments.

I have extensive experience in researching and valuing bonds, including IO, CMBS, Re-securitized Bonds, and SASB using KBRA scenarios. I have participated in various CMBS transactions, such as due diligence, blacklining and tie-outs. I am also experienced in valuing private equity companies through DCF and relative valuation methods.
As a financial analyst, I have developed an Excel model to analyze individual projects and project the price of each project. I am skilled in maintaining financial forecasts and preparing quarterly tax payments and balance sheet analysis. My relevant skills include project research, Excel, cost analysis, and operational revenue analysis.
As a self-motivated and results-driven individual, I have conducted an internal audit for the largest public housing project in Kolkata.
